5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
5.1 Course Fees and Payment
- Course fees are displayed in Euros and must be paid in full before course access
- Payment processing is handled through secure, encrypted payment systems
- Course prices may change but enrolled students pay the rate at time of enrollment
- Payment plans may be available for advanced courses upon request
5.2 Refund Policy
- 14-Day Period: Full refund available within 14 days of enrollment if no course materials have been accessed

7. Termination of Service

7.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, users lose access to platform features and ongoing courses. Completed course materials and documentation remain accessible. Outstanding payment obligations survive termination. Certain provisions of these terms continue to apply after termination.
8. Dispute Resolution
